Bottermann Khorrami LLP supports Greenman in the acquisition of a specialist retail centre

Berlin, 19 December 2019 – The Berlin law firm Bottermann Khorrami LLP (BKLaw) has advised the Irish investor Greenman on the acquisition and financing of a specialist food retail centre under construction in Homberg, Germany. A local supply centre with a total rental area of 11,900 square metres is being built on a site of around 13,400 square metres in a central inner city location on Kasseler Straße. The retail companies REWE and ALDI have already been won as anchor tenants. The purchase price for the retail property is in the region of 35 million euros. The property developer is Schoofs Immobilien GmbH Frankfurt.
