Legal advice during a transaction is important and customary. In practice, follow-up legal advice is often limited to ad-hoc advice only when problems arise. However, there is much to be said in favour of continued comprehensive legal support: legal asset management.

Firstly, we understand this to mean a seamless and systematic takeover from the transaction. But legal asset management goes further: at its core, it means looking at a property or portfolio through the eyes of the owner and identifying opportunities and risks continuously. We actively point out opportunities and potential for value appreciation – especially opportunities that arise from changes in the legal framework or that you as the owner do not automatically realise. Active legal management of the portfolio helps realising potential and avoids problem clusters at the exit.
