Dr. Joachim Homeister
specialises on complex transactions in corporate and real estate law, including financing, in a national and international context.
Besides structuring and implementation of transactions he has gained wide experience of all adjacent areas of commercial law, including private and public building law. He also represented clients in arbitration proceedings as well as before public authorities and courts. He also advises start-up companies on all aspects of foundation, financing and corporate law. His clients include European companies and investment funds as well as particularly companies and private clients from the Russian Federation and other CIS countries.
Joachim studied at the Free University of Berlin, where he also worked as research assistant and lecturer at a chair for public law and gained his doctorate with a thesis on administrative law. After his second legal state exam in 2006, he worked as lawyer at White & Case, Orrick and Dentons. He joined BOTTERMANN::KHORRAMI in 2018.
